On June 21, 2013, the Nevada Division of Water Resources (“NDWR” or “the Division”) issued a bulletin announcing changes in fees charged by the Division and in accordance with Senate Bill 468, increasing established fees by approximately 20% and adding 5 new fees. This change in fees became effective July 1, 2013. It is important to be aware of these changes in fees as failure to submit the proper fee may result in a delay in processing.
