Heather Allen joined Schroeder Law Offices in September 2024 as the Office Manager for the Reno and Portland locations of Schroeder Law Offices, PC. Heather organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness. She has significant experience in corporate and financial management.
Heather comes to Schroeder Law with over two decades of experience in the agriculture industry where she specialized in fiscal management, personnel development, risk management, and regulatory compliance. She finds the nuances of the legal field, challenging, yet rewarding.

Heather grew up on a trout farm in Southern California where her love of farming and agriculture was cultivated. After attending Cal Poly, SLO, she started a citrus/avocado ranch management company where she served in the capacity of CFO for 22 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking & baking, traveling, and attending live music performances.
