Join Schroeder Law Offices’ shareholder Laura Schroeder for her Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) Webinar Wednesday class. Titled, “Idaho Water Law to You! Water Adjudication Basics from Claim to Certificate,” the event will be held on October 18th, 2023 via Zoom. Idaho uniquely seeks to adjudicate all of its precode water uses except de minimus claims. The class covers understanding the basics of the adjudication process, determining if you should participate, and how to implement the results for your water system.
