Outside amenities include natural landscape, front porch with picnic table, and back of office bike storage. Offices are between 144 -192 sq. ft. not including large closet/storage spaces in each office.
Services: Entry reception, Water, Electric, Gas Heating & Cooling, Weekly Cleaning Service and Internet paid by Landlord. Mail drop off at 4:30 pm daily. Use of conference room on main floor included by appointment. Notary services billed by time used, and copy/scanner charged per copy. Access to the upstairs bathroom and kitchenette.
Price: Entire second floor rented at $2,850 per month or each private office rented at $750 each.
