IRWA Spring Conference – Laura Schroeder on “Municipality’s Water Rights & Wastewater”

On Wednesday, April 3^rd, attorney Laura Schroeder will provide a course on “Understanding and Managing Your Municipality’s Drinking Water Rights & Wastewater Permitting Compliance” in Boise, Idaho. This course will provide a general overview of Idaho Water Law pertinent to municipalities. Topics discussed in the hour-long seminar will include an overview of the development and protection of municipal water rights and easements to and from water sources. The goal of the seminar is to provide an interactive atmosphere to access a water law attorney for attendees to field questions. Attendees will leave this course with a better understanding of the laws and regulations that are vital to managing the water rights of their municipality.
